L’Angolo d’Abruzzo offers a constantly evolving gastronomic experience, characterized by traditional flavors revisited in a modern way, always respecting the seasonality of the raw materials.



For fans of Abruzzo cuisine, the best products and the most authentic flavors of regional cuisine under the supervision and care of the Centofanti family: meat, pasta, cold cuts, cheese, as well as mushrooms and truffles (in season) and not least the excellent winery.


The products are all in season, so in autumn they win the egg salad, the noodles of Saragolla wheat with porcini mushrooms and veal walnut, summer truffle and sauteed vegetables. On the pastry the chef gives his best: Saffron crème caramel or the botturiano. I broke the wild berries tart.
